Cal Poly Humboldt and the Department of Forestry, Fire and Rangeland Management invites applicants for a full-time, academic year, tenure-track faculty position with an emphasis in Rangeland Resource Science. We invite applicants with a broad suite of skills in addition to range, including fire, wildlife, and social science/policy. The successful candidate will teach classes in the Rangeland Resource Science program and potentially in other programs (e.g., Applied Fire Science) suitable to their skill set.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a dual focus in archaeology and either cultural anthropology or linguistic anthropology, as well as candidates with an applied focus.
Instructional Student Assistant Pool in Department of History (Academic Year 25/26) Humboldt
***OPEN TO CURRENT CAL POLY HUMBOLDT STUDENTS ONLY*** Temporary intermittent hourly Instructional Student Assistant (ISA) pool for Department of History. The purpose of this recruitment is to establish a pool of qualified candidates, from which temporary ISA appointments may be made if work becomes available during the academic year. Pool listings are open and ongoing, and applications are accepted year round. Availability of positions are contingent upon departmental need and budget.
Director of Campus Disability Resource Center Humboldt
This position will provide leadership in the vision, development and management of both the student and employee specific service areas as well as ensuring the provision of timely and appropriate support services to students and employees with documented disabilities. This position will ensure compliance in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

2021 Annual Fire Safety Report

Pursuant to the Higher Education Opportunity Act, the 2021 Annual Fire Safety Report (AFSR) is now available for viewing at https://housing.humboldt.edu/sites/default/files/annual_fire_safety_report_for_housing_2021.pdf. The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within Cal Poly Humboldt's housing facilities for 2018, 2019, and 2020, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus.
