Director of Special Projects Humboldt
The Director of Special Projects has responsibility for supporting the success of the University’s regional community and workforce development strategic goals; and for obtaining public and private funding to support them. This work requires innovation in matching University capacity with available opportunities. It also requires extensive financial, analytical, and project planning skills. The position works closely with university research leaders, centers and institutes, as well as government organizations and industry partners. The Director of Special Projects reports to the Executive Director of the Initiatives and may be responsible for supervising staff and contractors as necessary. This position location is hybrid with primary location offsite and periodic in-person meeting required.

2022 Annual Security Report

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the 2022 Annual Security Report (ASR) is now available for viewing at https://clery.humboldt.edu/sites/default/files/cal_poly_humboldt_2022_annual_security_report.pdf. The ASR contains the current security and safety-related policy statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information, crime prevention and sexual assault prevention information, and information about drug and alcohol prevention programming. The ASR also contains statistics of Clery crimes for Cal Poly Humboldt for 2019, 2020, and 2021. 2021 Annual Fire Safety Report

Pursuant to the Higher Education Opportunity Act, the 2021 Annual Fire Safety Report (AFSR) is now available for viewing at https://housing.humboldt.edu/sites/default/files/annual_fire_safety_report_for_housing_2021.pdf. The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within Cal Poly Humboldt's housing facilities for 2018, 2019, and 2020, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus.
