Reporting to the Assistant Registrar for Graduation and Articulation, GATCS handle complex student service tasks—blending policy knowledge, research, and problem-solving. They resolve academic scenarios independently, ensuring accurate credit evaluation and smooth degree progression.
With in-depth knowledge of CSU system, state, and campus policies, GATCS evaluate academic credit, articulate transfer coursework, and clarify graduation requirements. More than just processing records, they build strong relationships and help students understand and plan for academic success.
